How long does it take for my products to ship?

We offer multiple shipping options for you to choose from. The transit time and cost will depend on which option is chosen.


How do I return a product?

All sales are final. Due to food safety and health regulations we cannot accept any returns.


My product arrived damaged. How do I get a replacement?

If your product arrived damaged please contact us at info@flavorsofthebayou.com for a replacement. Take photos documenting the damage of the package and its contents. We will need these photos as proof.

Flavors of the Bayou packages all shipments as securely as possible. However, accidents can happen while products are in transit. We will gladly replace damaged items when this happens. Simply submit a request and include any photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving your package.
